Reginald H. White

Senior Consultant

Reginald H. White supports Inclusive Leaders Group clients with, developing DEI strategies, executing employee resource groups (ergs) best practices, and custom training and development solutions.

Reginald served as a Sr. Management Consultant at Cornell University. In this role, he was responsible for leading and managing the design, development, implementation, and delivery of University-wide training. He consults, designs, and facilitates culture change, diversity and inclusion, planning and prioritizing, leadership and management development, and executive coaching as well as partners to develop an integrated approach to talent and diversity management. He currently serves as Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development of Connecticut College.

Prior to joining Cornell, he was President of a consulting firm, Toran Enterprises, LLC, that specialized in executive coaching, diversity, and leadership development. In this role, he has traveled extensively and facilitated sessions in South Africa, Amsterdam, and London. Prior to that he was at Merrill Lynch as Vice President, Divisional Marketing Manager. Before joining Merrill Lynch, he spent several years at Fidelity Investments in various roles including Vice President, Marketing, Internal Management Consultant, and Vice President, Human Resources.

Reginald is an active Cornell Alum serving as President, Human Ecology Alumni Board, and a member of the Cornell Council. In 2020 Reginald became the newest member of the Cornell University Board of Trustees and will serve a four-year term as the employee-elected trustee. White topped a field of five candidates in online balloting, receiving 767 of the 1,322 votes cast in the final round of vote tabulation. Reginald received his B.S. in Psychology at Cornell University and his Executive M.B.A. at Boston University
