Senior Consultant
Omari is a leader and transformation coach with over 15 years of experience in Corporate America at Fortune 150 companies. Omari worked primarily in human resources, learning & leadership development and diversity and inclusion to design culture change interventions through communications, recognition, and performance management systems.
Omari is a Howard Thurman Fellow at Boston University School of Theology and serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts and is a Trustee at Roxbury Community College. Omari is a Work Human Certified Professional and has earned certificates in advanced facilitation and organizational development.
