She excels at performing DEI audits, assessments and strategic planning. Betsy is a retired Senior Vice President, Human Resources/CHRO at Children’s Hospital Colorado where she oversaw; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI),  talent management, total rewards (strategy, benefits, compensation), shared services, and communications/public speaking. Betsy thrives supporting organizations developing their first-ever DEI strategic plan and those seeking to reinvigorate an underperforming DEI strategy. Betsy also served on national associations and nonprofit boards.
