Esi is a trainer, disability inclusion expert, public speaker podcaster, writer and community curator, and a consulting partner with Inclusive Leadership Group. She is also Owner and Managing Director of Celebrating Disability, providing professional, tangible support for businesses developing their workplace culture to be inclusive of disabled people. As a disabled person, Esi uses her personal, lived experience as well as her professional background in the public and private sector to ensure advice given is tangible and realistic. As part of her work to advocate and champion equality for disabled people, Esi is a public speaker. Speaking at conferences and away days on the subject of disability inclusion and equality in every cornerstone of life.

Most recently, Esi has launched a subsidiary business called Disability Inclusion Community. This online membership platform is a place for business and their employees to develop their disability inclusion strategy by engaging with others, sharing ideas and benefiting from exclusive resources. A variety of businesses, communities, and local governments have benefited from her expertise and collaborative work.
