At Inclusive Leaders Group, we understand that lectures on Diversity, Race, and Unconscious Bias, can sometimes be a little boring. That is why storytelling is an integral part of our offering.

With flexible design and duration, including virtual or social distanced in-person delivery, these contemporary discussion groups are customized for each organization based on your specific needs:

What does diversity, equity, and inclusion actually mean?  What do the George Floyd inspired  racial justice protests mean to our organization?  Why is race, racism, and racial equity in the news so much?   What is white privilege?  Race comes up often but few of us have facility in talking about it.  We use race as a narrative to explain the actions of others, but can we use it to better understand ourselves?

Town Halls and Brave Conversations are carefully customized and expertly facilitated private company discussion groups. Conducted virtually or socially distanced in-person group sessions.  It is a respectful environment in which to share and discover our individual ideas around race, and to give everyone the space to do a personal accounting of the effects of these ideas.
