Becca Constantine

Senior Consultant

Becca is an Inclusive Leaders Group Senior Consultant and project leader. She partners with clients to advance strategy and leadership training, increase organizational effectiveness, and implement assessment plans to track change across diverse dimensions.
She trains leaders to recognize and reduce bias in organizational and interpersonal dynamics through research-based practices. Clients include: Stanford University Knight-Hennessy Scholars, Yale School of Management, and other mission-driven organizations.
She served as Director of Finance and Business Operations, Program Manager and Data Analyst at Stanford University. Becca managed client relationships at 20+ organizations, including Fortune 500 STEM companies and national laboratories.
She has consulted on organizational issues and provided strategies to implement inclusive hiring and workforce practice.
Becca earned her MBA from Yale School of Management, her MA from Stanford in Higher Education Leadership and BA from Brown University with Honors including a BS in Mathematics.
She was named the 2019 Teaching Assistant of the Year by the MBA student body for work teaching economics, corporate evaluations, and statistics. Becca was also featured in Poets & Quants list of 100 “Best & Brightest MBAs” selected from a global class of 2019 graduates.
