Ashley Oolman guides partners through evidence-based best practices and progressive thought leadership regarding race, gender, microaggressions, allyship, inclusion and disability. She transforms workplaces with focused assessments and holistic solutions. From large corporations to small businesses, she drives strategic inclusive hiring and retention initiatives to diversify talent and advance employment and inclusion for all. Ashley expertly customizes and delivers ILG’s Inclusion Essentials Course to organizational clients.

With more than a decade of leadership experience in advocacy, employment and workplace culture, Ashley understands how to navigate complex environments to provide insight for growth. She has worked with businesses including Securian, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Ameriprise. Additionally, she has partnered with community organizations and school districts.

Committed to and promoting accessibility and inclusion because everyone benefits from equitable space and practices. Ashley consults client organizations to increase awareness of diversity, opportunities for inclusion, and empower partners to better support their customers and employees. She is a neurodivergent thought leader who influences change at an individual, community, and systems level.

Ashley has an MBA with a concentration on human resource management and a BA in psychology with a minor in human development and family studies. She is committed to inclusion as a means to advance human rights for all people, in all walks of life.
