If you’re tuning in and wondering what this podcast is going to be all about, and what we intend to provide you throughout this podcast, then continue to listen. We all want to play a role in helping our workplace and society to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
But that can be a difficult task. How do you create an environment where our differences are celebrated? How do you change long-held beliefs and biases?
It requires a level of honesty that can make people uncomfortable and cause many to worry that it will lead to unnecessary confrontation. To get there, we have to be willing to have brave conversations that change hearts and minds.
The Inclusive Enterprise Podcast is intended to be that safe space for brave conversations…to connect, share, and grow together.
Our intent is that we inform, educate, learn and develop from this community with content that is relevant and applicable in your work and life – we encourage you to provide feedback from time to time so we can produce future episodes that you’ll value and enjoy!
